Augusta House Hospitality is a hospitality consulting and learning design studio focused on elevating service through intentional design, thoughtful training, and operational clarity.
 

We partner with organizations to improve the guest experience from the inside out through eLearning, instructor-led training, consulting, train-the-trainer programs, speaking engagements, and service audits. Each solution is tailored to the organization with a focus on creating service that is consistent, intuitive, and easy to execute.
 

At the heart of this work is a simple belief: exceptional service is not defined by price point, but by intention, consistency, and attention to detail. True luxury is not a label. It is an experience that feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully delivered.
 

Equally important, effective training is not about delivering more content. It is about delivering the right solution. Whether the need is training, process improvement, or performance support, the goal is to identify root causes and design solutions that work in practice.
 

My approach is shaped by experience in luxury hospitality with brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and The Ocean House, along with graduate training in Digital Media Design at Harvard Extension School with a focus on Instructional Design.
 

A guiding principle in my work is simple: “don’t make me think.” In both digital design and hospitality, the best experiences are intuitive. Guests should never need to navigate complexity to receive care. Service should feel seamless, anticipatory, and effortless.
 

Today, Augusta House Hospitality exists at the intersection of hospitality operations and learning design, helping organizations build systems, training, and service cultures that deliver exceptional experiences consistently and at scale.
